The exhibition with the theme, Give your Light to the World (Africa Now- Campaign) will showcase exclusive eco-couture outfits created with organic fabrics and environmentally friendly materials by eco-minded fashion designers from 195 countries.

According to Zadok, the show is an opportunity to promote the trendy and classic, as well as ensure a sustainable planet and its social responsibility.

“Exclusive masterpieces created by leading eco-minded fashion designers will shine in Paris, raising awareness towards a sustainable and eco-friendly fashion industry and preservation of the earth.

“It will especially focus on the reduction of child mortality in the African continent by empowering women and children.”

Her Excellency, the First Lady of Nigeria, Hajiya Aisha Buhari, will be specially honoured at the event for her advocacy on women’s right and the girl-child education and other values.

According to Zadok, “VZ Creations aims to address the adverse effects of garments on the environment, the ethical treatment, pay and occupational health standards of garment workers.”

She added, “the brand seeks to improve all stages of the garment life cycle to use, reuse, repair, remake and recycle the product and its components. Our goal is to increase the value of our production and products, to prolong the life cycle of materials, to increase the value of timeless garments and to reduce the amount of waste and harm to the environment.”
