An underwriting firm, Heirs Insurance Group, said its newly-introduced experience centre would drive financial inclusion in the country.
According to the group, the centre will also provide a comprehensive one-stop shop for all insurance products and services offered by the Group.
The new experience centre is a digital space, featuring a full-display interactive screen, enabling users to easily view an array of insurance policies to determine the best policy, purchase insurance plans seamlessly, and file a claim or chat with the chatbot for faster issue resolution.
Speaking on the new offering, the chairman, Heirs Holdings, Tony Elumelu, underscored the commitment of Heirs Insurance Group, saying: “We are redefining the insurance experience, as we believe Nigerians deserve simple, seamless, and reliable access to financial security anytime, anywhere.
