Nigerian singer, Tekno, has debunked rumours he received half a billion for featuring on Kizz Daniel’s “Buga” and other incentives.
The musician was quoted by an online media named “Budget Nigeria” claiming he received 50% of royalty from the song, and that he has also collected over N500M in bonuses.
The news have also been published by various blogs, and Tekno is not happy with what they have put our without verifications.
Tekno, posting to his “X” page, said the news was fake.
“Him money no reach anybody wey put out that fake interview, thunder fire your mama…#Talkingshit” he said.
Buga’ was released on 3rd May 2022 and became one of the most popular song in Nigeria.
