Nigerians who suffered under military rule cherish democracy – PLAC
The Executive Director of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC), Mr Clement Nwankwo, has underscored the significance of 25 years of civilian rule in Nigeria. Nwankwo made this observation in Abuja
