Controversial reality TV star and media personality, Natacha Anita Akide, popularly known as Tacha, finds herself at the center of public debate after expressing a provocative stance on faithfulness in relationships. Tacha’s views, shared during an interview with fellow Big Brother Naija alumnus, Phyna, have ignited a storm of discussions on social media.

In the clip that circulated online, Tacha urged women in relationships not to prioritize faithfulness until they are engaged or married. She asserted that a person remains essentially single until they exchange vows, questioning the need for faithfulness in the absence of a formal commitment.

“You have to be in that relationship and not be faithful until you probably get a ring. Or until you’re getting into a marriage where you have to swear an oath because which oath did you swear to your boyfriend that you’re faithful to? Like, do you understand what I mean? You’re single till you’re married, you know that yes?” Tacha remarked during the interview.

Tacha’s perspective challenges traditional notions of fidelity in relationships.
