Parting With 2face Worthy Of Celebration – Efe Omorogbe

Efe Omorogbe, the former manager of legendary Afrobeats icon 2Face, has revealed that parting with him is worth celebrating because of the good relationship they had.

The CEO of Now Muzik, revealed this in an interview on channels television, contrary to different reports of a strained relationship with the musician.

“If you look at what we have been able to do together, a simple audit will show you that it’s being a long fruitful and very productive relationship so if for nothing for the highs, for the wins, for the success, it’s worthy of celebration,” he said

He, however, said it was a difficult decision to make.

2face, on the other hand, disclosed how satisfying working with his former manager has been for over 20 years.

“Everything I’ve been able to achieve is a result of the support of so many people and organisations working with me to bring my talent and vision to life. Now Muzik is one of such companies and I couldn’t be more grateful to them,” the ‘African Queen’ singer wrote on Instagram.

Recall that after joining Now muzik, he released his solo album, Face2Face in 2004 which earned him major global recognition, after leaving his boyband “Plantation Boiz”.

“I am grateful to 2baba for the trust and for the friendship,” Omorogbe said in the interview.

I am proud of the brands we built together, the music we made; the fans we entertained. 2Baba is one of the greatest Nigerian musicians of all time and it is really an honour to have had the opportunity to walk side by side with him, watching and helping him make magic over the past two decades.

“My team and I look forward to now supporting from the sidelines, and continuing to advocate for any and everything 2baba,”

2Face will now be represented by a different brand known as Hypertek Media, which he founded.
