The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) has revealed that some of its top coaches have embarked on a training tour of Kigali, Rwanda, as part of efforts to strengthen its technical edge

The coaches, who are on the level 2 training, are Uthe Ogbimi, Omogui Oboh, Tonye Timinade, Charles Obasi and Daniel Gim.

According to NCF’s General Manager, Emeka Igwilo, the course is a five-day training and the participants are expected to use their experience to aid the achievement of the Federation’s goal of building a better team and distilling the game’s knowledge with the utmost ease.

“This year, like in the Federation’s goal, capacity building across the staff is a key objective and this is one of the exercises,” he added.
