Mohammed said although there should not have been a need for the committee, he, however, acknowledged that a new cabinet would emerge to run the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
He asked his commissioners, heads of agencies and other appointees to write their handover notes.
The governor named former Deputy Governor, Audu Sule Katagum, as Chairman and his Private Principal Secretary, Samaila Burga, as Secretary, while commissioners and council caretaker committee chairmen are members of the committee.
He charged them to provide useful data about the administration to acquaint incoming appointees when sworn in to lead the MDAs.
