Top label and project manager, Gbemiro Daniel has discussed some of the challenges of being project manager to renowned artistes.
Gbemiro, who is currently a label manager at Sony Music Entertainment West Africa, shared some of his most challenging experiences in the industry.
He noted that ensuring a collaboration between top multiple artistes could be very challenging.
“One challenging project involved managing a high-profile collaboration between multiple artists with conflicting schedules and creative visions,” he disclosed.
“To navigate this, I facilitated open communication channels, negotiated compromises where necessary, and established clear roles and responsibilities to ensure alignment and accountability. Through proactive problem-solving and effective conflict resolution, we were able to overcome obstacles and deliver a successful project that exceeded expectations,” he said.
