The Lagos State Parks and Garages Administrators (LASPAGA) Caretaker committee is set to be reintegrated into the Road Transport Employers’ Association of Nigeria(RTEAN). This follows the recent lifting of its ban by the state government and the resolution of the crisis among members.
Secretary of LASPAGA, Alhaji Abdulrahman Amusan, at a media briefing in Lagos, yesterday, noted that the agency was ready to be reintegrated into RTEAN and continue to advance transportation in the state.
He said under the leadership of Oba Sulaimon Adesina Raji-Asade, LASPAGA made significant strides in promoting welfare of all, adding that his commitment to peace and unity was crucial to the agency’s vision.
Amusan urged all members to commence activities under the auspices of RTEAN while spotting the yellow uniform. He advised them to stay away from thuggery and hooliganism.
He also thanked the state government and other stakeholders for their support, while reaffirming the agency’s dedication to promoting peace and unity towards a better transportation system.
