Singer cum songwriter, Joseph Akinwale, known as Joeboy, has released the music video for his latest single, Osadebe, via his own record label Young Legend/ Warner Music Africa.
Directed by filmmaker, Jyde Ajala, who is known for his work with some Nigeria’s biggest names in Afrobeats such as Omah Lay, Fireboy DML and Asake, the captivating video combines vibrant visuals and mesmerizing choreography as it captures the essence of the record’s primary message, which pays homage to the late highlife maestro, Chief Osita Osadebe’s iconic care-free hit Osondi Owendi.
Joeboy’s knack for creating infectious and soulful Afrobeats hits has earned him a dedicated fan base. Osadebe, his first single under his new label, showcases a new chapter in Joeboy’s career, demonstrating his growth both sonically and visually.
