Hyacinth Iormem Alia, appointed Hon Tiza Isaac Imojime Orya, a 32-year-old Business Management graduate from Benue State University, Makurdi, as the youngest commissioner in his cabinet and one of the youngest in Nigeria.

Tiza Isaac Imojime Orya, fondly known as Honourable Tiza, hails from the Local Government one can rightly turn to for food and cash crops, Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State. Hon Tiza’s upbringing was steeped in the values of honesty, respect, and service to others. From a young age, he understood that true leadership isn’t measured by years alone but by the depth of one’s character and the breadth of their empathy.

Having a solid educational background, Hon. Tiza attended Benue State University, Makurdi, where he pursued a degree in Business Management. His quest for knowledge and excellence led him to undertake a diploma in Cyber Security from Regenesis Business School, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
Hon. Tiza’s professional journey is marked by a diverse range of experiences and accomplishments. From serving as a Relocation Manager to assuming the role of Managing Director/CEO of Upcountry Homes and Investments Limited. He has consistently displayed remarkable competence and leadership. Additionally, his tenure as the General Manager and Managing Partner of Reilla Group underscores his entrepreneurial acumen and strategic vision within the real estate world in Nigeria.
His influence extends beyond the confines of corporate endeavours. He is deeply involved in community development initiatives and youth empowerment programs. As the President of Inspirational Youth Vanguard and the Patron of the Okada Riders Association, Makurdi Branch, he actively champions the cause of youth empowerment and inclusivity.

Hyacinth Iormem Alia sworn in Honorable Tiza Isaac Imojime as the youngest Commissioner in Benue State, tasking him with overseeing the Ministry of Works, Housing, and Urban Development.
