Hon Ben Igbakapa has reacted to the Nigeria Startup Bill recently forwarded by the Executive to the National Assembly. In a brief statement signed by the lawmaker from Delta state, Hon Igbakapa said that “the after years of high unemployment and poverty, it is refreshing to see that there is a bill that could help create jobs for many skilled Nigerians and help our economy in several ways.
I have always been a big supporter of youth in Delta state and across the country and I’m hoping that this bill if and when passed will live up to its full potential of spurring innovation and attracting investments into Nigeria’s digital economy.”
The lawmaker also assured Nigerias that he will be supporting the bill and will also do all he can to rally support for the bill.
“This is about the Nigerian youth,” he said, and we must do all we can to support them.
