Popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has revealed a second thought about his career while gushing over professional footballers.
According to an online platform, Emerald Nigeria, Davido displayed his thoughts in a viral post on his official X account, where he stated that footballers are really enjoying in what seems to be an allusion to their wealth.
He said it appears he has chosen the wrong profession having seen how enjoyable the life of a footballer is.
This is coming days after Davido hung out with some top professional footballers.
The singer, who further expressed his regrets over his career choice, affirmed that footballers are living a more luxurious lifestyle.
Davido was spotted with football stars, including Paul Pogba, Antoine Griezmann, Neymar and others at the 30th birthday party of Atletico Madrid star, Memphis Depay.
Tweeting on Thursday, Davido wrote, “Footballers Dey enjoy ooooo … be like I chose wrong profession bruhhhhhhh”.
