Firm, group explore new opportunities in tile industry


CDK Integrated Industries and Tilers Association of Nigeria (TAN) have explored and agreed on avenues of collaboration, partnership, and mutual growth within the thriving industry.


The mutual agreement was reached during the visit of TAN Executive members at the CDK’s state-of-the-art facility, which provided a platform for constructive dialogue between industry stakeholders, with a focus on leveraging each other’s strengths to drive innovation and growth, as well as examining potential synergies and joint ventures in tile manufacturing and distribution.

The occasion also offered the company an opportunity to showcase its latest innovations, including its cutting-edge range of swimming pool tiles, which was recently introduced to the market. The association explored these new offerings, gaining insights into the unique features and benefits of these tiles.

Speaking on the visit, TAN President, Oluwarewaju Hassan, expressed the group’s appreciation stating, “Our discussions were insightful, and witnessing their commitment to quality and innovation, which reinforced our confidence in solidifying our partnership.”

He continued, “We are excited about the opportunities ahead, and confident that this collaboration will not only benefit our members but also contribute significantly to the advancement of the tile industry in the country.”


The association applauded the company’s proactive efforts to integrate the insights of its stakeholders into its product development process, alluding that this collaborative exchange underscores their dedication to delivering solutions that resonate with the needs and expectations of its diverse customer base.

The highlights included a comprehensive factory tour, which provided the association an opportunity to learn about the company’s advanced manufacturing processes, quality control measures, new range of products and designs.

The company’s Brands and Marketing Manager, Abimbola Onagbade, recognised the invaluable role that tilers play as consultants and professionals within the industry, as well as bridge between the company and the end-users.

The Managing Director, CDK Integrated Industries, Bernard Longe, said the visit serves as a testament to ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration and driving innovation within the industry.

The company, he said, seeks to strengthen relationships with its partners as it drives integration, innovation and collaboration with stakeholders in the tile industry.
