The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Olabanji Ewenla, a seasoned product manager with diverse industry experience, expressed excitement about the Nairobi centre and highlighted the institute’s unique approach. “Enoverlab stands out by offering end-to-end training services – encompassing training, mentorship, and internship programs,” said Olabanji. “Our goal is to equip our trainees to become skilled product managers capable of building products that solve problems, create value, and deliver value for today, tomorrow, and the future.”

Enoverlab currently operates training centres in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and Anambra, with plans for additional centres in major cities across Africa. The institute’s unique training model focuses on empowering career professionals and business people aged 25-40 through online instructor led training and in-person training.

Olabanji emphasized, “Our intentional experience around training, both online and onsite, is designed to help people become truly skilled while making them feel special. This approach significantly enhances our trainees’ overall learning experience and make them feel proud of themselves and their growth.”

Enoverlab’s impact extends beyond individual skill development. Olabanji stated, “Our trained product managers typically experience a salary increase of 100 – 200 per cent within two years, contributing to their personal goals and dreams.”

When asked about the driving force behind his entrepreneurial journey, Olabanji pointed to the numerous challenges in Nigeria and Africa.
“I see problems as opportunities,” he stated. “By training people to build products that solve problems, we contribute to creating solutions to the challenges Africa faces, empowering individuals to be agents of change.”

Looking into the future, Olabanji envisions Enoverlab having learning centres in at least 50 major cities across Africa and beyond.
“Our inspiration comes from seeing how much the people we train and the products they build can significantly transform the lives of Africans, Africa, and the world at large.” he said.

Enoverlab’s commitment to decentralising product management training and offering in-person trainings across major cities positions the institute as a leader in the market.

As the company continues its expansion, the institute remains dedicated to shaping the next generation of product managers and fostering innovation across the African continent.
