CIPM stresses knowledge exchange to drive positive change

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has emphasised the importance of collaboration and knowledge exchange in driving positive change and innovation within organisations.

The Institute remarked, following the nomination of its President and Chairman of Council, Olusegun Mojeed, who was honoured with invitations to deliver keynote addresses at two forthcoming prominent global conferences within the Human Resource (HR) space.


Being recognised as one of the speakers at this year’s World HR Congress, in Singapore, as well as the 50th International Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) World Conference in Cairo, Egypt, Mojeed said, speaks to the importance of effective collaboration with organisations globally.

He said the World HR Congress, with the theme ‘People. Possibilities. Paradoxes: Scripting the Frontier of Work’, is expected to discuss and explore emerging trends and challenges in the field of human resources.

Additionally, IFTDO, where he is expected to facilitate the session on ‘Superior and Responsible Leadership: Shaping the Future of People, Learning and Performance’, represents a global platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise in the field of training and development.

The CIPM said the invitations reflect Mojeed’s recognition as a thought leader in the HR community and his significant contributions to shaping the discourse on leadership, talent management and organisational development.

It added that the CIPM boss, who is also the Vice President of the African HR Congress (AHRC) and sits on the board of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA), further highlighted his position in the global HR landscape.
