Popular actor and skit maker, Broda Shaggi has revealed his wedding plans and how he hopes to carry out the activities when the time arrives.
He disclosed this in a recent interview with actress Iyabo Ojo, “I am not a fan of big weddings. Even if I’m going to get married, I’m not a fan of big weddings.”
“I don’t know if you’ve noticed, I keep my personal life out of social media space. Because my personal life is very important to me, and I just want to protect it.

“But I believe in love. I believe in the one-man-one-woman type of love. I believe in family. I believe in raising my kids.
“I’m going to have my own family by God’s grace but not very soon. There’s nothing like getting old. I do tell people; you don’t need to rush into marriage.
Broda Shaggi who also recently spoke to the Guardian about how he became successful and popular said; “Actually I have done several skits with different characters before the Broda Shaggi character, I did with inspector perry, Akanni Ibadan, the first major one I did with my interviewer back then was Aunty Shaggi who asked me, what will i do if i see Jesus in mushin? ”
His real name is Samuel Animashaun Perry, born in Ikene but originally from Sagamu, Ogun State. He became famous after his funny video “Jesus Christ in Mushin” went viral online. Broda Shaggi won the Best Actor in a Comedy award at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards in both 2022 and 2021.
