Nigerian social media personality and crossdresser, Bobrisky, has made headlines not for his usual flamboyant displays, but for a gesture of kindness towards the Kirikiri prison.

Despite being imprisoned for a six-month sentence due to misuse of the Naira, he has reportedly donated plastic chairs to the prison’s visitor area.

The donation comes as a surprise to many, considering his current legal troubles.

Videos surfaced online showing the white chairs with the words: “To Nigerian Correctional Service, Courtesy: Idris Okuneye Bobrisky” printed on them.

However, it appears that the social media influencer is looking to make a positive impact even from behind bars.

The chairs are said to improve the conditions of the visitor area at the National Correctional Service facility, making the environment more comfortable for those who come to see their incarcerated loved ones.

Bobrisky, known for his vibrant online persona, has been involved in various philanthropic efforts beyond his recent donation to Kirikiri prison.

He has a history of giving back to his fans by doing frequent giveaways on social media and donating money to those in need.

This has been one of the ways he engages with his community and offers support.

Regardless of the intentions, the donation has been made, and the chairs are now a part of the Kirikiri prison visitor area.
