As part of its 2024 mandate to increase women’s management roles in different spheres while expanding reach, The African Women in Leadership Organisation (AWLO) recently held its Canadian chapter inaugural summit.

The summit marked a significant milestone in its journey towards promoting women’s empowerment and ensuring adequate representation of women in various sectors.

Themed, ‘investing in women, closing the representation gap’, it underscores AWLO’s unwavering commitment to addressing challenges faced by African women in leadership roles, while recognising their invaluable contributions to diverse sectors.
