At Limitless Woman Conference, Inclusive prosperity for nation’s growth leads discourse

Female professionals and creatives have been urged to take charge through their journey to achieving sustainable national growth and development.

This was the thrust at the second edition of the Limitless Woman Conference held in Lagos, Nigeria. With the theme, ‘FlourisHER’, the conference brought together women from different fields, highlighting their formidable influence on nation-building, citing women’s empowerment as the foundation for driving innovation, progress, and positive change .


Convener of the Limitless Woman Conference, Grace Ofure believes that women are key to fostering peace, and stability and promoting inclusive prosperity. She, however, called on stakeholders to invest in women’s empowerment. Adding that the conference is creating a platform for women to find valuable insights and resources to foster their all-round development.

“We are building a community of women, not just myself, but you can see that our speakers are very grounded in what they do. I am very passionate about women, especially with their finances, education, and growth – because it is so important. A woman makes a community, and hence a nation,” she added.

Executive Director, Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), Hansatu Adegbite stated that in the changing economic tides, women need to stay unwavering in their commitment to excellence, while always striving to be solution providers.

Founder of SheCan Nigeria and deputy Managing Director, MBR Signature, Ezinne Ezeani said the conference is a step in the right direction towards helping women realise their limitless potential and the boundless opportunities available to them. “The Limitless Woman Conference, resonates so much with me because I believe every woman out there can do more. This conference is very transformational. It speaks to me as a woman, it speaks to women out there, that there is nothing that can limit us in achieving any of our dreams.”

While Chief Executive Officer U-Connect Human Resources Limited, Omon Odike affirmed that the conference was intentional about reminding women to go the extra mile in all of their endeavours, and offering them resources to make huge strides in their careers.
