Nigerian singer Asake has announced the release of his latest single, ‘Wave’ featuring British Rapper Cee.
He announced on his “X” page on Friday. The visuals showcase Asake and Central Cee grooving through various locations in Lagos.
They are joined by friends, interacting with the energy of the city streets.
This single launch comes just ahead of Asake’s “Lungu Boy World Tour,” which kicks off on June 26th. The tour starts at Afro Nation Portugal and will culminate at the Promiseland Festival in Gold Coast on October 6th.
The song is produced by Magicsticks, which has produced several of his singles, meanwhile, the music depicts Asake’s style and blends in the afrobeats scene.
Recall he is set to release a new album, set for later this year, therefore ‘Wave’ gives us a glimpse of what to expect ahead of the release of the album.

The 29-year-old rapper also showed his love for football, as he wore Inter Milan’s Balotelli jersey in the video.
The artiste rocks the blue-black stripes of Inter Milan, with Mario Balotelli’s famous number 45 at the back.
