New Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Ambassador Gabriel Aduda has charged management and staff of the ministry on improved service delivery with a view to ensuring the realization of the mandate set out for the establishment.


He made the call while taking over as the permanent secretary of the ministry, yesterday in Abuja.

Aduda stated that in the day-to-day march towards the socio-economic transformation of the Nigeria, it behoves on the staff to enshrine the virtues of hard work.
He said their commitment and creativity Should be brought to bear in the discharge of duties for the empowerment of Nigerian women, children and the vulnerable in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration

“At every opportunity, put your best foot forward, be committed, hardworking and creative, so that together, we can take the ministry to the expected height”, he said

He also commended former permanent secretaries for their managerial prowess that had brought the ministry to its present status, assuring that he will contribute his best to nation building as permanent secretary of the ministry.

Aduda also called for the support of staff of the ministry for effective implementation of the policy thrust of government.

Earlier, Director Overseeing the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Francis Adebisi assured that the staff will bring in their wealth of experience to bear in as support to the permanent secretary of the ministry.
