Did you achieve anything today at the office, or the previous day, celebrate, all day. When you are praised by your colleagues for doing something beautiful, smile big time, this has been proven to free people from stress. Didn’t finish everything today? No worries! Celebrate the things you did get done, big or small. Finished a report? Aced a presentation? You’re doing great!

Your productivity solely depends on the team you surround yourself with. It doesn’t have to be the whole people at the office, but get a little group that clicks with you.
