I will like to lodge a complaint about a payment that was made from my GT World app today, June 4, 2021.
My account was restricted following the payment of a sum into my account. I only noticed the restriction after I tried to make a Remita payment that showed failed.
However, following the lift of the restriction on my account, I have been debited for the Remita transaction which I had already paid for through alternative means.
Please, I need the deducted amount, N30,361.25 refunded back to my account. Thank you. Find below the Remita transaction details
